Selank

Selank is a synthetic analog of the immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin, developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. It has been studied for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), nootropic (cognitive-enhancing), and immune-modulating properties. Research has documented its effects on neurotransmitter systems including GABA, serotonin, and dopamine, as well as its influence on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression.
